Different users for same company but different bank accounts

Under the same company, can I have different bank account with it's own login credentials?

While limiting users' access to certain bank accounts is a good option, we're unable to do this in QuickBooks Online. I recommend sending this as a suggestion from your company. This way, our engineers will know that you need such an option and they can consider adding it in future updates.

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback.
  3. Enter a sentence to describe your request and click Next.

 

On the other hand, if you want to check out some references for QBO, you can click the Topics menu at the top and select View all help.

Basically my only option is to set up a new account with the same company?

What do you mean by setting up a new account? If you mean connecting bank accounts for online banking, yes, you can add different bank accounts with different login credentials. However, they will visible to all users who have access to bank accounts, like company admin users.
