Disable Google Calendar popup in Invoices

Whenever I create an invoice, I receive a popup bubble to "Pull details in from Google". I would like to disable this popup as it obstructs the view of the invoice. I do utilize the app but would like to disable this reminder especially since it's not used by all employees of my business. Is there any way to do so without disconnecting/reconnecting the app every time?

There's no option to turn off the popup option inside the QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Yet, we have a separate forum where you can interact with our developers, product experts, and engineers about software, QuickBooks API concerns, or developer license-related questions.

 

That said, I encourage posting this question to our Intuit Developer Community. They have the tools and resources available to assist you in resolving your concerns. Here's how:

 

  1. In your browser, enter this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/
  2. Choose your QuickBooks product.
  3. Select the Ask a Question option.
  4. Press Sign In.
  5. Use your Intuit login credentials.

 

Moreover, you'll want to personalize the appearance of your sales transactions by adding specific information to your invoices and other forms to make them more professional-looking.
