Hello dov,

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I want to assist you with any questions you may have about providing discounts.

Based on the information you've mentioned above, you need the Advanced Pricing feature which is only available in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. This feature allows you to offer quantity discounts to customers.

For more insights about Advanced Pricing, I'm adding the article I recommend on this: Use Advanced Pricing.

If you want to learn more about using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, you can also visit this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/enterprise/.

I'm always available here if you have additional questions or concerns about providing discounts. You can reach out to the Community by posting your response below.

Thank you so much for your prompt answer. However, I don't have the 'Qty Discount' option. I have 13.0 enterprise.

Hello there, @dov.

Thanks for the prompt response. I’d like to add to this discussion and provide some information about Advanced Pricing in QuickBooks Enterprise.

This feature is available to customers in the U.S with QuickBooks Enterprise Platinum Subscription. You can set up Price Levels to earlier versions, but Price Rules are only available in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 14.0 and later.

You do have the option to upgrade in order to use Advanced Pricing. Click this link to know more about our updated pricing and features: Purchase QBDT Enterprise.

Sign up, so you can start immediately. Visit the website and click the green Free product tour button to get started.

Here’s an article to help you set up: Getting Started Guide.

That should do it. Let me know if you have any questions, I’m here to answer them for you. Thanks for coming to the Community, @dov. Take care!

Hi there, mbarbour.

If you're referring to the software itself, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is good for 3 years. You can also upgrade it annually since Intuit releases the latest version every January.

On the other hand, the Silver, Gold and Platinum plan for the add on support/functionality is based on an annual subscription.

For more details about QuickBooks Enterprise pricing and features, you can check out this link: Pricing for QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.

You can also contact our Sales Support Team if you have some inquiries. Just check out their phone number below the Sign In tab.

Please reply to this post if you need anything else. I'd be glad to help.
