Do Invoices created in memorized transactions automatically email to customers

Hello everyone! I was hoping someone could clarify for me if the memorized invoices I create, automatically send themselves out? Or do I still need to create the transaction and email later in a batch? 

Not sure if its a dumb question, but I just can't seem to find a fast and direct answer to this. Thanks in advance for all your help 🙂

That's one great question, @jgraveran. Thank you for posting it here.

 

Let me help you clear things up about creating a memorized invoice transaction.

 

The created memorized transaction won't automatically send itself to your customer. This feature is to help you remember to create that transaction on a specific date, or there will be an automatic entry of the transaction.

And yes, you still need to tick the Email Later tab to send invoices in batches.

Is there a way to create an invoice then that will automatically send in Enterprise at all?

From where did you create your invoice and send it to your QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise? Are you subscribed to one of our QuickBooks products besides your QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and created the invoice from there?
