I understand that you're encountering difficulties printing text from QuickBooks Online (QBO) on your Mac OS, while it works fine on your Windows machine, @camco360. I am aware of several potential reasons and solutions that can help resolve this unusual behavior you're experiencing.

If you have any third-party PDF plug-ins installed, including Adobe's plug-ins, you will need to remove them from Safari. By doing so, Safari's internal PDF viewer will take over as the default PDF handler for the browser.

Let me guide you through the steps to remove third-party plug-ins:

  1. Quit Safari.
  2. Open a new Finder window. Then select the Go menu and choose Go To Folder.
  3. Type the following in the field: /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/.
  4. If you have any plugins named PDF Browser Plugin.plugin, AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin, or AdobePDFPDE.plugin, you should move them to the recycle bin or another location on your system. Please note that you may need to enter your password to authorize the removal.
  5. Reopen Safari and sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  6. Print your document again.

For additional troubleshooting steps, kindly visit: Troubleshoot Safari plug-in issues in using Acrobat or Reader.

Additionally, I suggest checking if your Mac's printer drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause compatibility issues with certain applications. You can usually update your printer drivers through the manufacturer's website or by using the built-in software update feature on your Mac.

Furthermore, I suggest checking out this article that provides a step-by-step guide on how to print a single journal entry or multiple entries on one report in QBO: Print a journal entry report in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted on how things turn out. I'm ready and willing to offer any necessary aid.
