Does anyone else experience this issue?I get an error whenever I try to assign new employees to the proper class. Error: "Failed To Load Chart Of Accounts."

QB Support says too bad, they're not able to fix the problem. This means I have to contact them every time I start an employee.

Terrible product.

To clarify, have you tried any browser troubleshooting? Such as using a private or incognito window? If not, let's give that a try. 

 

Local internet cache files may be the reason for this unexpected behavior. 

 

Let's start logging in to QuickBooks using a private window. Here are some keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

Once signed in, try to assign a class to an employee again. If you can assign a class from there, let's clear the cache of your main browser. This helps remove its stored cache so it'll function efficiently.
