Hi, jay.

I've come to share some information about the emails you've received.

Before anything else, I'd like to ask if you've made changes to your account. If not, you'll want to verify if the email is from QuickBooks.

Suspicious emails may be scams designed to trick you into sharing personal information. They often appear convincing. Emails from Intuit always come from an email address with the domain @intuit.com.

To quickly identify them, you can check this article for the list of official email communication from usOfficial email communication from Intuit Payments.

For your safety, I suggest not opening it if it's not from us. Thus, you can report this suspicious activity to our Security Team to prevent it from happening again. I'll show you how to do it:

  1. Go to this link: https://security.intuit.com/contact-us.
  2. Look for Report technical support scams.
  3. Click Report tech support scams.

For more details, check out this article: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.

Once confirmed that the email is from QuickBooks, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate further. Thus, they're available from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT, to ensure your concerns are addressed promptly.

Drop by this thread again if you have future concerns with your QuickBooks account. I'll ensure your needs are taken care of.
