Question

Does anyone have issues where you can't see all the pages of your customer list? Windows 10. I can see the first page and the last page, but nothing in between.

I've edited how many customers you can see on a page (ie: 50, 100, 300) but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I can search for a specific customer and it will show, however I can't scroll through all of them.

Thanks for the detailed explanation of the issue encountered, Bridlespurtreasu. Let's work together to resolve this.

Browser-related issues often lead to unusual behaviors in QuickBooks Online (QBO), as the stored cache can affect the program's performance. If you continue to receive an error message indicating that your subscription has expired, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks account through a private window. This approach bypasses existing cache files, making it an effective way to diagnose the issue.

    Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
    • Safari: Command Option P

If this works, let's clear the browser's cache to remove its stored files to ensure the program performs efficiently. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I suggest switching to a different one.

Moreover, you might want to check this article and learn how to manage your customers: Add and manage customers in QBO.
