Hi there,

It's possible that the pages are not loading correctly due to a browser-related issue or an outdated cache. To determine the root cause, let's perform some troubleshooting steps together. Let's start by accessing your account in a private window. This will allow QuickBooks Online to start with a clean slate and may help resolve the issue.

Here are some keyboard shortcuts to access an incognito window on supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Open your Current filings page once you've logged in to your company's account using a private window. If you see the 1099s you e-filed, I recommend clearing the cache in your regular browser to remove outdated files. Alternatively, you can also use other supported browsers.

If the issue persists, I suggest getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. They can thoroughly review your account and further investigate your case in a safe and secure environment.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how:

  1. Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
  2. Then, click Contact Us.
  3. Then, enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
  4. Lastly, choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.

You can reach them Mondays through Fridays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

You can check your filing status anytime in QuickBooks Online. Here's a guide on how: Check your 1099 filing status.

For future use, here's an article on viewing past tax forms and payments in QuickBooks: View your previously filed tax forms and payments.

Feel free to reach back to me if there's anything else you need to know about filing 1099s with QuickBooks. Have a wonderful day ahead!
