Does QB allow to produce a 1099-S?

Currently, QBO doesn't support 1099-S forms for real estate transactions. For now, the program only caters to 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC. That said, you'll need to reach out to the IRS to obtain one. I'll share this link for your guide: About Form 1099-S, Proceeds from Real Estate Transactions.

Moreover, payroll reports are a helpful guide in QBO to help you gain insights into your vendor or contractor payments, which is relevant when filing 1099s.
