Question

Does quickbooks go blank for everyone trying to do their 1099's. in the second step the whole screen goes blank every time in every browser i use. any suggestions?

i click prepare 1099's, then i confirm my info. then i click next on select accounts and it starts to load but while the thinking bar is going the whole screen in quickbooks goes blank white and nothing happens. every time every browser. maybe it will automatically work after the 15th so no one can get the early bird discount.

Hello, thanks for working on this.. but it is still not working. hopefully your Team can have this fixed soon this is the last week for the early bird pricing and i need to take advantage of that! i have been attempting to do my 1099's every day since JAN 1st!

Upon checking, the blank page issue when trying to do 1099 in QuickBooks Online is currently resolved. Since this issue has been fixed, you can access your 1099s normally.

 

To generate the 1099 form, it is important to ensure that all the necessary information is provided accurately and completely. This includes the recipient's name, address, social security number, or employee identification number.

 

Also, if the issue persist on your end, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they help you on resolving it. They can open this investigation again and add you to the list of affected user.

It is not fixed.  I click on proceed with efile or with the $15/month option and it goes to the next page but it only says file your 1099s and pay and only shows a back button and none of the 1099s or payment page?  The support team is never much help
