Does the bookkeeper certification show up on the Accountant public profile?

A rep told me it's not a feature, but I don't trust his answer. Can someone verify is the Bookkeeper certification will not show up on the profile? All the other certs are showing up. In the beginning I had issues getting the certification in the first place because of a typo I didn't notice in the email.

You can view your certifications and training history through the ProAdvisor menu in QuickBooks Online Accountant. From there, you also can download all your certifications and CPE certificates.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
  2. Select the ProAdvisor menu to access the ProAdvisor center.
  3. Click on the Training tab, then Start learning.
  4. Head to the My History tab.
