Currently, the system only offers the QuickBooks Online for Mac application, which can be installed on a computer to gain access.

Hello Madelyne,

Thank you for your rapid response. I have a few clients that use Mac desktop as well a some that use windows desktop. I found your answer a bit confusing on the Mac portion of your response.

Furthermore, the system currently offers only the QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop application for Mac, which can be installed on a computer to gain access.

I see that QBDT for windows can use the mobile app but this statement saying "QB Online ... desktop" looks like a contradiction. I've downloaded the QB app on my phone but no company was found and when I went onto my desktop QB Mac file there was no Company>My Company to sign into my Intuit account to establish a connection. Can you help clear this up? Much appreciated.
