Drop-down menus broken

The drop-down menus for Expense  sheets and invoices are not working.  The expense sheet also doesn't recognize the items.

We've received reports about unresponsive drop-downs in various areas of QuickBooks Online. At this moment, the issue has been resolved. To troubleshoot, you can access your QuickBooks account through a private browsing window to see if it's a browser-related issue. You can use the following shortcut keys to access incognito mode:

 

  • Safari: Control + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

If this works, you can clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different supported browser.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
