Editing purchase orders already emailed

Limiting users from editing emailed purchase orders avoids unnecessary changes, Shariekp.

The option to stop them from modifying your expense transactions is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You'll want to consider changing their role to Standard no access. I can see how this functionality would be beneficial to your business. I encourage sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. Doing so helps continuous QuickBooks improvement and bug resolution and maintains customer satisfaction. It also allows users to contribute to the development process and shape the future of the product.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
3. Once done, click on Next.
   

In addition, QuickBooks Online keeps track of your activities using the Audit log feature. From there, you can see who made changes to your books and what they did.
