Good morning Everyone,

I want to import a bulk of transactions ( downloaded from EFS account as a CSV file) into Quickbooks Online. When I visited "Import" section, it asks for me different options like Bank, Customer, Vendors etc. I have tried to import those through "Bank" option but no luck.

Therefore, how can I import these ? As I know, there is no integration between Quickbooks Online and EFS (Wex Company).

Hello there, @Tolik. Allow me to clarify things when importing data into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The data we can import through a CSV file are payments and deposit transactions only.  Since you want to import bulk transactions from EFS as a CSV file, I'd suggest looking for a third-party application. However, if you have a specific bank for EFS entry then you may proceed to manually upload the transaction using the correct format.

Here's how

The 3-column format has a Date, Description, and Amount column.

The 4-column format has a Date, Description, Credit, and Debit column.

Additionally, I've added this helpful article for you to check if you're not able to import using CSV in QBO: Common errors for importing bank transactions using CSV in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to reply to this thread if you need additional assistance in importing bank transactions and any QuickBooks-related concerns. Have a great day ahead.

You can use csb2qbo converter tool. It's $60 one time license.
