Email Error
Hi,
For the last 3 months I have been getting an error when sending pledges/invoices to customers. I can create the pledges, but when I go to send them I get this:
We couldn't send this email.
An error occurred while sending this invoice, please verify email information and try again.
Our bookkeeper can send the emails on my behalf but for some reason I cannot.
I have gone into the company settings and deleted, then re-entered my email in the Company Settings. I have gone into the customer accounts and re-entered their emails. Nothing it working. Any suggestions?
