Email Error

Hi, 

 

For the last 3 months I have been getting an error when sending pledges/invoices to customers. I can create the pledges, but when I go to send them I get this:

 

We couldn't send this email.

An error occurred while sending this invoice, please verify email information and try again.

 

Our bookkeeper can send the emails on my behalf but for some reason I cannot.

 

I have gone into the company settings and deleted, then re-entered my email in the Company Settings. I have gone into the customer accounts and re-entered their emails. Nothing it working. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community! Let me point you in the right direction to get this taken care of as quick as possible. 

 

Since you've tried updated the email and your customers email, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. They'll be able to review your account with a screen share tool and see why this could be occurring and what your next steps will be. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Click the Contact Us button/hyperlink. 
  3. Enter your question and hit let's talk
  4. Scroll down and pick to Get a callback
