I understand the importance of having a personalized email template, accountingadgators.

I've checked our system and discovered that we have an ongoing investigation regarding the changes in the email invoices.

Although we don't have an exact timeframe for when it will be resolved, our engineering team is diligently working to resolve this issue. I also understand you've already reached out to our QuickBooks Support Team, but I recommend contacting them again. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users to stay updated about the permanent fixes.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter  INV-90143 in the Type something field, then click the Send icon.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. You can either select Chat with us or Have us call you.

Additionally, you can gently remind customers about their invoice due dates so that they can pay you on time. For the detailed steps, I suggest browsing this article: Send Notifications Automatically or Manually.

I appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please know that we're always here to help you out. It's our goal to ensure you can customize your invoice message to your customer.

I contacted QBs support and got to level two support however the response is that this is the new template due to an upgrade and it cannot be changed.

Need other QB users to join in and tell QBs this is not acceptable for a multitude of reasons.

1. As the QB customer I no longer have the ability to edit/control the email sent to my customers.

2. Instead the email is a marketing tool for Intuit with their logos and disclaimer
3. Email template has credit card logos but my company does not offer credit card payments
4. Closing text "Hope to see you again soon" but we have never met our customers
5 Closing graphic listing Intuits address, logos, Privacy-Security-Terms of Service links

Candidly, I am shocked that QB/Intuit has forced their language and marketing on my business. I am not having success in having this changed instead the stock answer "It's part of an update"
Its is unsatisfactory if you have been affected please express your feedback in this thread
thank you,
