When I email an estimate it emails with "DUE" and the date, it should say "Expires on" and the date I have chosen. My customers are getting very confused, how do I fix this?

Ensuring precise and timely communication of sales transactions to customers is a top priority for any business, LaRue. Let me clarify a few things first, and if applicable, route you in the right direction of support.

Before anything else, can you confirm whether the transaction you emailed was the exact estimate? Also, have your customers received the estimate transaction directly? Any details you can share would be greatly appreciated.

For the time being, you'll need to ensure you've used the correct template when sending out your estimates. If you have verified that the template was indeed correct and that the exact estimate transaction was emailed, I recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can conduct a screen-sharing session to investigate the cause of this issue.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top right corner.
  2. Select the Search tab and hit Contact Us.
  3. Click the Ask about something else tab.
  4. Key in your concern and hit Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
    • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.

You can check out their support hours to determine their availability.

Additionally, I've included several resources for you to explore that will help you learn how to convert an estimate into an invoice, as well as how to personalize and add specific information to your sales forms:
