ERROR MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO EMAIL INVOICE: "Invoice ##### hasn't been sent."

I ABSOLUTELY HATE QB ONLINE!!!!!!

 

IT'S ONE FRUSTRATION AFTER ANOTHER WITH NO IMPROVEMENTS!!!

Let's troubleshoot the application for you to successfully email an invoice, @co-88. I'm here to walk you through the process.

 

Over time, the cache on your phone can accumulate unnecessary data, which may cause the app to behave unusually. To resolve this, follow the steps below to clear the app's cache.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Click on OK.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
  2. Tap on Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data.
  4. Click on Yes.

 

After performing these steps, power cycle your device. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

As a workaround, you can access your QuickBooks using your mobile browser to email your invoices.

 

Additionally, you can receive an invoice payment using the QBO app.
