Emailing invoices

In addition to the page freezing up, are you encountering any error messages? Also, are you using Outlook or QuickBooks Webmail? We are asking these questions to determine if there are any existing alerts related to this issue.

In the meantime, you can install and utilize the QuickBooks Tool Hub. This tool is designed to address minor bugs that could be responsible for QuickBooks not responding or freezing when emailing transactions.

Allow me to share these steps with you:

1. We recommend you download the most recent version (1.6.0.3) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
2. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe). You can look it up in your Downloads folder or in the location you selected when you downloaded it.
3. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
4. Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
5. Once opened, look for Program Problems, then select Quick Fix my Program.
6. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
