Emailing invoices

Quickbooks online is so glitchy. Sending invoices via email I've had people say they get multiple emails and then other people say they never received them with no delivery error. Tried a few to myself same thing. Fix your product please.

I see that you're having issues when emailing invoices through QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to assist you so you can get back to your business.

 

One reason why your customers are receiving multiple emails could be recurring transactions. If you haven't set up any recurring transactions, please ensure that you click the Send button once. Double or triple-clicking can cause QBO to send multiple emails.

 

Additionally, have your customers check their spam or junk folders if they didn't receive an email. If it's still not found, clear and re-enter your email address.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Go to Settings and select Account and Settings.

2. Click Edit next to Contact Info in the Company section.

3. Clear the Company Email field and enter the new email address without extra characters or spaces.

4. Click on Save, and then Done.

5. Send a test transaction to yourself to confirm that the new email address is working.

6. If you still don't receive the email, try using a different email address with a different domain (for example, if you were using a Gmail address, try a Hotmail or Yahoo address instead).
