Emailing invoices

For the past few months I have been having trouble with my emailed invoices going out. I get messages that the invoice was undelivered. These are not new customers, but ones I have been emailing for years with no problem until now. 
And it doesn't happen with all of them.

First, let's ensure that the customer's email address has no invalid characters. 

 

If it's all good, you can use the QuickBooks Tool Hub. This tool can fix common errors with QuickBooks Desktop. However, you'll need to close QuickBooks to use the tool. For the best experience, we suggest using it on Windows 10, 64-bit.

 

Here's how to download, install, and use the tool:

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the latest version (1.6.0.3) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Please save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your Downloads folder or Windows desktop. If you've installed it before, you can check the version by selecting the Home tab. The version will be on the bottom.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub after installation. If you can't find the icon, you can search in Windows for QuickBooks Tool Hub and select the program.
  6. The hub is the launchpad for the tools you'll need to fix your issue. Use the Program Problems tab. If you need to install a tool from the Tool Hub, it'll automatically download it in the background. It takes 2-3 minutes to complete, so don't close the installation. The tool might not run.
