Where can I view and email that I have sent from my Online QB. I have checked the Audit log and found notification of when I sent it but I can't view the message that I included in the email. Appreciate any help with this. Thank you

Hi there, TZkids. 

 

You can connect your Gmail account to send invoices from your Gmail address and keep communication with your customer all in one place. For now, you can only connect one Gmail address at a time. To set it up, here's how:

 

  1. Click +New and click Invoice.
  2. Enter a dummy invoice details and then click Save and send
  3. Above the customer’s email, select the From dropdown.
  4. Select Add Gmail address, then Connect Google account.
  5. Enter your Gmail address in the sign-in window and your password. 
  6. Select Allow.

Now, you're ready to send invoices. Another option is to activate the Email me a copy feature to receive your own copy of the emailed transaction moving forward. Let me show you the easy steps: 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. From the Sales menu, click the Messages section.
  3. Check the Email me a copy at box and then enter your preferred email.
  4. Click Save and then Done
