Emails regarding 1099s

I have several staff members receiving an email prompting them to log in to retrieve their 1099s. These emails should have gone out to everyone back at the end of January when I submitted them. Do these emails go out more than once? Just making sure there isn’t something I’ve done wrong etc.

Yes, follow-up emails will be sent to staff members who haven’t yet accessed their forms through the QuickBooks Money portal, @GHewitt. Allow me to discuss this further.

 

To begin, the purpose of the said email is to ensure that everyone retrieves their 1099s successfully. If you’re worried about whether there’s an issue with your 1099 forms, rest assured that QuickBooks will notify you via email about it and the steps you need to take.
