Employee dashboard view

We upgraded to advanced and want to add our employees to our account. The technicians need to be able to create invoices but I do not want them to see our financial information on dashboard. I see option to turn privacy view on but they can toggle it. Is there a way as administrator I can turn privacy on and keep them from turning it off?

 

I want them to make invoices but not see how many invoices we have awaiting payment, late, or sent etc
