Hey everyone! Can you recommend an ERP system for a small IT company (up to 50 people)? Ideally it should have everything in one place - sales, projects, HR, recruiting, and finance. Would really appreciate any suggestions!

Is your company located in the US? How much is your budget?

Thanks for reaching out to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) for a recommendation for an ERP system, Mbecker1. Let me also provide details for third-party software to connect with QBDT.

There are third-party software options available to facilitate connections between QBDT for small IT companies. Consider using a third-party application to centrally manage clients' data, accounting information, and other critical business operations. I recommend exploring the third-party App connector to integrate QBDT: Apps for QuickBooks Desktop.

I'd also like to add that if you want to customize your email templates, we have a guide that'll help you with the process: Create custom email templates in QuickBooks Desktop

If you have further questions or need recommendations for the ERP system, feel free to post here again. I'm happy to offer additional assistance. Take care and have a good one.

@mbecker1

I assume you're aware that this forum is for QuickBooks which is nowhere near an ERP system.  Discussions here don't get into ERP systems and I don't think I've seen any regular users discuss ERPs, myself included.

But, since you're posting this question on Intuit's website, the only option from Intuit is Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES).  It was released in October and is designed to check all the boxes - sales, projects, HR, finance, (marketing and payroll too).  Not sure what you mean by recruiting exactly and how that would work with IES. I have not used it personally but its purpose is to serve as a lower-cost ERP.  Its cost (from what I understand) is ~ $200/user/month.

Grade ERP has significantly improved our workflow. Instead of juggling multiple platforms, we now manage everything — from HR to finance — in one place. It saves us time and makes collaboration across departments much easier.
