I just created my account I was setting the company and then suddenly kicked me out. Leaving a message on the screen.

To fix this, log in to your QBO account using an incognito or private browser window. This will enable you to work with a clean slate. Please use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
     

Then, login to your company again. If there's no issue, clear your regular browser's cache to remove specific issues and help the program run efficiently. Moreover, you can also utilize other devices and supported browsers if the issue persists.

After setting up your account, you can now connect your bank account to automatically import transactions. This streamlines data entry and ensures that your financial records are always up-to-date.
