Good morning everyone, we have encountered the following problem in Quickbooks online synchronizing data with Clockify:

"QB errors: 50 (out of 50) time entries couldn’t be sent to QuickBooks.
“com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.exc.InvalidFormatException: Cannot deserialize value of type `com.intuit.ipp.data.Gender` from String "Male": not one of the values accepted for Enum class: [FEMALE, MALE] at [Source: UNKNOWN; byte offset: #UNKNOWN] (through reference chain: com.intuit.ipp.data.Employee["Gender"])”

Waiting for help, thank you.

Welcome to the Community, Tekneco.

I'm here to guide you in the right direction concerning integration concerns.

I suggest reaching out to our Developer’s page where to give you more details on third-party app integrations.

You can reach them by following the steps below:

  1. Go to this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online under What do you need help with?
  3. Tap on Ask a Question.
  4. Log in to your existing Intuit Developer Account or create a new one.
  5. Type in "Fix incorrect tax and line amount settings using invoice API" in the Question box.
  6. Click Ask.

You must have an Intuit account to participate in the developer's forum.

In addition, this article on adding and managing time will be added in QBO: Time Tracking in QuickBooks Online.

You can monitor and control employee time sheets within QuickBooks Online Essentials, QuickBooks Online Plus, or QuickBooks Online Advanced. For your guide, check it out: Track and manage QuickBooks Time.

Let me know if you have further inquiries about third-party app integration in QBO. I’ll be here to assist you at any time.
