Error code 10000 while saving an estimate

Something's not quite right
An application error has occurred while processing your request : 10000
 
This is the error code I receive when I attempt to save an estimate. Just started yesterday. Any thoughts?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

I can help rid of the error 10000 when saving an estimate in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

We can follow some troubleshooting steps to rid of this error and get you back to your business tasks flawlessly. In this, let’s start by accessing your account in a private or incognito window. This way, we can verify if it’s a browser-related issue:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  •  Control + Option + P (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

Once logged in, recreate the transaction to verify if it’s working well. Once confirmed, go back to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard to clear the cache. You can also opt for other browsers if you have several options.

  4. Click on I still need a human.
