3. From the Inventory adjustment account drop-down, choose the account you wish to use to track the transaction. 
4. In the Product field, type the item you're working on and enter either a new quantity or change the information
5. In the Memo field, write a short description of the adjustment.
6. Click the Save and close button to keep the changes.
