Error message: An error occurred related to the email’s subject.

I started having issues with invoices not going out automatically via email in November 2023. The delivery issue in QB is: "An error occurred related to the email’s subject." but there have been no changes to the subject line as far as I can tell. I have tried troubleshooting using both Chrome and Safari. Any idea how to correct this so I can stop manually sending invoices via email?

I figured this out myself. Existing customers preferred delivery method was set to 'none' rather than the company default. It was preventing emails going out on the old customers, but new customers were correctly picking up the company default (email) when created. I had to manually change every customer to the company default, but after a few tests I am content that emails are now going out as expected.
