Error when adding a new product or service to a Sales Receipt in the QBO app on a mobile device
Samsung S22+ using the QBO app, and within a Sales Receipt...
Has anyone had problems with adding a new product or service to a Sales Receipt? When I try, I get:
Error
Error saving item.
CANCEL REFRESH
When I choose REFRESH I get:
! Error
Error adding item
Clearing the cache doesn't help.
