Error with submitting refund

Hello! I try to get a refund for my quickbooks product that I canceled and I was still charged for and every time I try to submit a refund request I get the same error: "Oops, there was an error with submitting your refund request. Please resubmit the request."

I tried in 3 consecutive days, on 2 different browsers, both normal and incognito window and same problem.

Please let me know how to proceed with the refund. Thanks
