estimate pfd-view options

We are using progressive invoicing. And in every invoice the client can see, according to quantity and amount,  how much we already converted  from the estimate before and will convert later. In estimate I also see the total amount, remaining estimate amount and invoiced (converted) amount. But the client sees in estimate only what is the total amount and quantity. Is it possible for client also to see not only the total estimate amount, but also remaining amount and invoiced (converted) amount as a PDF version? I didn't find such option....

I recognize how efficient it can be to see the remaining amount of an invoice as a PDF, Helga.

 

However, having this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). With this, I encourage you to send product feedback directly to our Product Developers. They're genuinely interested in hearing your input and highly encourage you to send your suggestions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In the upper right corner, look for the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then, click Next to submit your feedback.
