estimate template customization

Wheni customize the estimate template it saves in designing feature, but does come up as customized when using new form.

You’ve finally visited us, @Pocono. I’m here to share information on how form templates work in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

When using a customized estimate, the setting will apply to the new form. Formatting will only update once you change the template manually. QuickBooks has a sticky feature that remembers the previous information and designs when creating transactions.

 

You can select the template you want to utilize to get rid of the previous customization. Here's how:

 

  1. On the Create Estimate window, go to the Template dropdown.
  2. Select the correct template.
  3. Enter the needed details, then press Save & Close.
