Question
Ever since the most recent Quickbooks Mobile App update, we have not been able to open the Quickbooks app on our Ipad. It keeps getting stuck in the load phase.
We have attempted all troubleshooting suggested in the community forum. We have uninstalled and reinstalled, made sure botht he Ipad and Quickbooks are the latest update, cleared all caches. We cannot get past the loading phase when we open the app.
