Yes, Melissa. Importing names and addresses from an Excel membership list is a straightforward process in QuickBooks Online.

We can import bank data, customers, vendors, charts of accounts, items, and invoices into QuickBooks Online. Let's navigate to the Gear icon to do this.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do this:

  1. Click on the Import Data under the Tools column.
  2. Press on the Dropdown arrow on the What do you want to import section,
  3. Choose the Customer and press the Import button.
  4. Next, tick the Download a sample file to see the format.

Just a heads up, make sure to stick to the formats when you're importing names and addresses. This action will help everything flow nicely and ensure all invoices are delivered without snags.

As for sending invoices, you can utilize sending invoices in batch action through QBO Advanced. If you have a different version, you can only send them one at a time. Otherwise, consider upgrading your subscription to the Advanced version.

Additionally, we can also import other data such as customers, vendors, charts of accounts, items, and invoices. Here are some of the articles for more details:

Have a blast with your invoicing, and remember that being spot-on will keep everything in line.
