Our Expenses Tab under the Expenses module is coming up completely blank (no information at all). We do see information under the Bills tab and the Vendor tab. Is anyone else having this issue? What is the fix for this?

Thank you

Hi there, bw-eeda.

I'm here to help fix the issue you're having with your Expenses tab in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Did you receive some error messages? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution for your concern.

In the meantime, let's sign in to your QBO using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing some unusual responses. Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once logged in, go back to the Expenses tab again to double-check. If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

For more information about managing vendors, check out this article: Add a vendor in QuickBooks Online.

I also recommend visiting our website for more resources you can use in the future: Self-help articles.

Please leave a comment below if you have more questions about this or anything else. I'll be here to assist. Take care.

@bw-eeda  This is probably yet another horrible but associated with the recent updates to QB Online.
