I'll be here to help export your list of transactions, @ShannonSNichols.
Let's pull up and customize one of the transaction detail reports to see a list of check or deposits and export it. I'll show you how.
- Go to Reports.
- Under For my accountant, select Transaction Detail by Account.
- Click Customize.
- On the Filter menu, select Account and Transaction Type.
- Below the Account menu, select the bank account where the checks or deposits are recorded.
- Select Check or Deposit on the Transaction Type selection to export the file showing only one list of entries.
- Click Run report.
