file upload integration

Has anyone found a way to do a file upload with more than the 3-4 allowed columns in Quickbooks?  I need a lot more detail than this in manually integrating my REACH application payout and donation transactions into Quickbooks.  Any help is greatly appreciated!!!  Thank you.  Paul

To upload more than 3 and 4 columns into Quickbooks, consider using a third-party integration tool or custom development to handle the additional data. QuickBooks Online has limitations on the number of columns that can be imported, so using an integration tool is the best way to achieve the level of detail you need. You can visit our QuickBooks Apps to look for an integration tool that can help you with this.

 

I can see how convenient it is for you to upload a file with more than 4 columns in QuickBooks. For now, it's best to relay your feedback to our Product Development team to improve your QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience. Here's how: 

 

  1. From the Cog Wheel, click Feedback.
  2. Provide your feedback or product suggestions.
  3. Click Next to submit.
     

To get updates about the status of your feedback, you may visit the Customer Feedback page.

 

After downloading the transactions into QuickBooks, familiarize yourself with the process of categorizing them to ensure they are allocated to the correct accounts.
