First time remitting to CRA from QuickBooks and my total is WAY off..... how do I correct?

Thanks for reaching out about your payroll taxes. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to assist you with paying your employees for the hours they've worked. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with these payroll remittance payments.

For help with amounts appearing incorrectly in the liability payment, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online Payroll support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to analyze the taxes deducted of the period in question in the system to be able to assist in having it show the right amount. You can reach them using these steps:

• Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > choose Contact Us > provide a brief summary > select Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
• Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
