Is there a way to change the appearance of the online view? When I'm in my account, creating an invoice or anything like that, the fonts are these small grey (just like here when typing this) on a white black ground, it's SO hard to read and see what I'm typing or selecting.

Hello, Rona.

The option in customizing the online pages is not available in QBO, however, we can resolve this issue by adjusting your browser settings.

You can adjust the font size in QBO using your browser's font settings. Please be aware that changing the font settings in Google Chrome browser can impact the appearance of other pages on your computer.

Here's how to change:

1. In the upper-right corner of the browser, click the horizontal ellipsis

2. Go to Settings, then click on Appearance.

3. Choose the Font size, then click the dropdown and select Medium.

I understand that you would like to see that option available in QuickBooks Online. Please share your valuable feedback directly with our Product Development team by logging into your QuickBooks Online account. Here are the steps to do so:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback under Profile.
  3. Enter your suggestion. Share with us your insights about the feature you want to include in the program.
  4. Then,click Next.

If you want to adjust the font size of your invoice, you can modify it on the Customs Form Styles window. To guide you in the process, please see this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know how this works and leave a reply below if you need further assistance in increasing the font and screen size of your QBO. You have my back. Have a good one.
