Glad to have you here in the Community, leslie9.

I can lend a helping hand in setting up different printers for different actions in QuickBooks Online.

Once you're done printing the checks from one printer, you can choose another when printing other forms in QuickBooks Online as well.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Print icon.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow and choose a different printer.
  3. Hit OK.

You'll see some screenshots outlining the steps above.

That's it. You can use different printers by following the steps above. You may find this article helpful: How to troubleshoot printer problems in Windows.

If you'd like to go through this over the phone, you can call our dedicated team who will be happy to assist you.

  1. Click (?) Help at the upper right corner.
  2. At the bottom, click on Contact us.
  3. Type in your concern then hit Continue.

I'll be around if you need further help with printing checks n QuickBooks Online. Have a great rest of your day.

Hello there, @SueV5.

Thank you for posting your concern here in the Community space. I'm here to help you with your printing concern.

First, let's start with reviewing your printing setup and make sure that your Adobe Reader/Acrobat is updated.

If you're experiencing the same thing, let's do a browser troubleshooting process to refresh your browser and delete files that are affecting the browsing and printing performance.

Here's how:

Access your account using a private browser or incognito. You can either use these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the issue persists, let's go back to your main browser and clear its cache. Stored cache files have been known to cause unexpected issues within QuickBooks.

Furthermore, I'm adding this article as your guide if you encounter other printing issues in QuickBooks Online: Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.

Please let me know how it goes by dropping a reply below. I'll be here to assist you in any way I can.
