Question

For some reason, I see "You don’t have access to this page" error under the Year-End filing tab within my Quickbooks account. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hello, @lamakinyahor.

Let's work hand in hand to sort out this issue of why you're unable to access the Year-end filing tab in QuickBooks Online.

The primary administrator is the main user who has complete access to all parts of the QuickBooks account. They are responsible for managing all users and performing other administrative tasks. The person who initially set up the account is the default primary admin. Thus, you can reach out to them for verification if you're not.

If you're the primary admin, but unable to access it, let's perform a few browser troubleshooting solutions.

We can start by performing the steps through a private/incognito window. Too much historical data from the browser causes discrepancies that affect the view and performance of your QuickBooks. To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If it works, you can return to your original browser and clear its cache, not the cookies for a fresh start. You can also use another supported, up-to-date browser that is already installed to narrow down the results.

I'll add this article for more details about the options for user roles and access permissions: User roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, this resource can help you manage users in QBO: Add and manage users in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you still have questions about your access. I'm always here to assist. Take care always.
