Formatting the body of the email sent with invoices

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community! I was able to double-check this on my end, and it seems not to be an option. It appears that you can only customerize what the emails say. Noting this, I will submit feedback to our Developers about allowing formatting changes for the body of the email because I see the benefit of having this. I encourage you as well to join me by completing the steps below!

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
