Very disappointed in the constant issues. We have had problems with our products and services not being recognized on invoice imports and now zero search functionality. We understand an occasional error or issue, but at what point does it become detrimental to our business. The only thing preventing us from changing to another platform has been the time it takes to convert. If we knew the hours we lost over the last month, it seems crazy not to have made the switch. Just unfortunate.

Here are the shortcut keys to go private mode in a browser:

 

For Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Opera:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + N

For Firefox:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + P

For Safari:

  • Shift + Command ⌘ + N

 

If this works, you can proceed to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Otherwise, you can also use other supported browsers to ensure it runs QBO efficiently. However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our support to investigate this case further. 

 

After that, you can also consider using the Advance search feature in QuickBooks Online.
