Getting past the "connect to your bank account page"

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can reconcile an account without connecting to online banking. QBO offers a manual reconciliation feature that enables you to reconcile transactions without linking your bank account. 

If it's your first time reconciling and clicked the Connect Now hyperlink, you can go back to the Accounting menu, select Reconcile, and ensure to click the Get Started button instead. Please see the attached screenshot for your visual reference.

Once you complete the steps, you will successfully bypass the prompt message and be able to start the reconciliation process.
