We appreciate you for posting here in the Community space, jbrato. Your browser cache can become filled and cause issues when accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let me guide you on how to resolve this concern.

There are times when the browser you're using may have issues due to cache concerns. With this, I recommend using other supported browsers and accessing your QuickBooks there. If the issue persists, I suggest running QBO in a private or incognito browsing mode. This way, it helps your computer or device run optimally and regain some storage space to continue working seamlessly.

See these keyboard shortcuts to open a private window of supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

For a detailed step-by-step process in clearing your cache, check out this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, consider checking out this material to have a guidebook if you want to customize your chart of accounts in QBO: Learn about the chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.
