Does Proadvisors have the ability to use Glance.intuit.com or Smartlook with their clients?

Our QuickBooks Live Support team and Proadvisors have different tools for assisting their clients. We cannot verify if they utilize these programs, however, rest assured that they have the same access to our training materials and webinars. I suggest reaching out to that particular proadvisor to know what applications they use for screen-sharing sessions.
